Counselling Service

 

We also offer a counselling service which is provided by Insight Counselling. This service allows you to meet with a trained and experienced counsellor for a series of sessions at intervals which best suit you.

Counselling offers you the opportunity to explore your feelings in greater depth in a safe and confidential setting.

Our counsellors are experienced in being with people in distress, they will not judge you or tell you how you should be feeling, but they will help you to understand some of the troubling emotions you may be experiencing, and will help you to develop coping mechanisms.

Counselling sessions are offered at a variety of locations throughout Tayside.
